Log into 7Shifts:
Access your 7Shifts account via the app or web portal using your login credentials.
View Open Shifts:
Navigate to the “Open Shifts” section on your dashboard.
Here, you’ll see a list of available shifts along with relevant details.
Check Event Information:
Click on an open shift to view additional information, including the date, time, venue, and any special notes related to the event.
Pick Up a Shift:
If you find a shift that fits your schedule, click the “Pick Up” button next to the desired shift.
You will receive a confirmation that the shift is now assigned to you.
Declined Shifts:
If your request to pick up a shift is declined, it’s likely because multiple people attempted to pick up the same shift simultaneously.
If denied, you can go back to the “Open Shifts” section and select a different available shift.

If there are shifts you see in our monthly communications that you do not see in 7Shifts, it is likely because you do not have the job code for that shift. If you’re interested in a different role (like Setup Crew, Delivery or VIP Server), please contact Jennifer Forbes to see if you're eligible to being training for that role.
Please use the 7Shifts app for all scheduling-related matters. Text messages sent to management will not be accepted for shift pick-ups or availability changes. If you have any questions about using the app, feel free to email Jennifer Forbes.
