Event details and menus may change on short notice. While we strive to keep you informed, please make sure to pick up your Event Folder from the back office door upon arrival at the catering facility. This folder contains the most current information and should be used to check out your order and confirm everything is in place.
Your arrival time to the Owings Mills Catering Facility can be found on your schedule in 7Shifts.
Remember that your scheduled time reflects arrival to the facility 30 minutes before the food ready time to allow time for packing supplies, checking the food orders, and accounting for early morning traffic or other unexpected delays in the facility.

The uniform for this event Black Pants, Black [Logo] Polo or Shirt and Black Non-Slip Shoes. Please ensure that your clothes are pressed and presentable.

This is required after every delivery. Failure to complete this task will result in removal from deliveries in the future.
In Case of Emergency - Supplies
Our sales team communicates directly with the guest to determine if they need supplies for their delivery order, and this information is listed on the menu breakdown provided to the driver. Occasionally, guests may forget they didn’t order supplies through us and later request them. In anticipation of such cases, we send a small amount of "emergency" supplies, but if the guest wishes to keep them, there will be a charge of $18 per chafing set or $8 per Sterno set (2 per set), depending on the items needed. This information must be clearly communicated to the guest, and a payment link will be sent to them on the same day. Payment is expected within 24 hours.
