All choir business and reminders will take place through the following channels:

1. Email: This is the MAIN channel of communication. Parents AND students are expected to check their email frequently! Parents, PLEASE make sure you have your current email address on file with the school district, and please add our email addresses to your contact list so that emails do not go to spam:

2. ParentSquare: We will also send out occasional announcements and reminders through ParentSquare. Please download the ParentSquare app to receive these notifications. 

3. Google Classroom: Lesson resources and practice tracks will be posted on Google Classroom for students who may be absent or who would like some extra review outside of class. Some assignments may occasionally be posted on Google Classroom as well (usually on days when there is a sub), so students will need to check the Classwork tab any day that they are absent. Students will be added to their choir Google Classroom automatically before the first day of school. 

4. Choir Website: The website will be updated regularly with event dates, pictures, and other announcements. Website Link: sites.google.com/libertyhill.txed.net/srmschoir
