All Summer Learning Conference sessions will be held in-person on June 1, 2022, and will take place at Liberty Hill High School.

Panther Care: Childcare will be provided for presenters and participants during Summer Learning Conference for PK-12 year olds.
To customize your conference schedule, you will use our Sched App.

Go to https://libertyhillsummerlearningconfere.sched.com/
Click SIGN-UP (upper right corner of your screen).
Click Sign In with your Google Account and select your google account.
Once you have logged in with your Google Account, you will see the Summer Learning Conference homepage.
Scroll through the session titles and hover over it with your cursor to bring up the description.
Explore the site by clicking on the colored categories & filters to the right, the “Speakers” tab in the toolbar above the session list, and by typing in keywords in the search box in the upper right.

Go to the app store on your iPhone Google Play Store on your Android and search for SCHED
Search bar to type in “Liberty Hill”
Click on Liberty Hill Summer Learning Conference
Click on the My Account icon in the bottom right of the screen and select Sign In
If you have not already created an account, you will click “Sign Up” instead.
Use your Liberty Hill email address and password
Click on the Schedule icon at the bottom left of the screen to view the Sessions
Click on the session title for more information
Click on the Add to my Sched
Click on My Sched at the top of the screen to view your choices

Comp/Exchange Day Information
Teacher Comp Day Information: (For the 2022-2023 school year, all teachers are required to complete two comp days over the summer.)
Participants who are selected to present at the Summer Learning Conference will receive one Comp Day. Presenters are encouraged to attend sessions when they are not presenting.
Participants who attend the full day Summer Learning Conference will receive one Comp Day.
The approved Comp Days will replace October 10, 2022 and February 20, 2023.
See Comp Day page for more details. Comp Day request forms must be submitted to your campus principal by May 13th, 2022 and verification must be submitted by August 12th, 2022.
