About VASE 

VASE is a state wide event officially named the Visual Art Scholastic Event  and shall be under the supervision and direction of TAEA.  The mission of the TAEA Visual Arts Scholastic Event is to recognize exemplary student achievement in the Visual Arts by providing art students and programs a standard of excellence in which to achieve.  There is a High School and junior VASE competition.    For more information about the vase program go to their website at https://www.taea.org/VASE/about.asp?option=vase history
