Project ELM (Early Learning for Multilinguals) is a 5-year project funded by a federal grant that seeks to enhance educator's literacy instruction by deepening their understanding of evidence-based practices (EBPs) for multilingual learners (MLs). Educators study ten online modules and take part in six individualized coaching sessions.
