Caregiver/Parent Education Group through Rogers Behavioral Health
It’s okay: prioritizing self-care when raising a child with mental health challenges
Caring for a child with mental health needs can make it difficult to balance day-to-day responsibilities with self-care. Our education sessions provide the tools to provide the best care for your child while maintaining your personal well-being. Held weekly over six weeks, participants can attend as many sessions as needed to build their toolbox of skills.
Hourly, drop-in virtual sessions on Wednesdays at 11:30 am beginning June 16.
