'Because sometimes it's not the technology that's the important thing. Actually, what they were doing was providing very good oral feedback and written feedback to students. The technology was the means to reduce workload to do that. So it had an impact on workload. In this case,it wasn't necessarily about the value of the technology to the students, it was more about the value to the staff.'
