View assignment category weights in PowerTeacher Pro (PTP)
Weights are set in PowerSchool Admin by the Data Operations Manager. Teachers do not need to set these in PTP or on the assignments.

Settings >
Traditional Grade Calculations
Select the pencil icon next to the correct reporting term.
(Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 will all have the same assignment category weights.)
View the ATTRIBUTE and PERCENT columns.
Go to: PTP > Grading > Categories
Click the pencil icon in the Category row.
Category tab - select Active or Inactive based on the grade(s) you teach.
Assignment Defaults tab - Do not add weight here!
