Auto-Calc Setting in PTP

For Teachers & Long-term Subs (LTS)

For grades K1 through G4 teachers and anyone who will be creating assignments in PowerTeacher Pro (PTP)

You will score your assignments and then the standards scores will be auto calculated.

Please perform the one time only task below to ensure your standards have a grade.

Go to PTP > Settings > Display Settings

Find “Auto-Calculate Assignment Standards Scores Initial State” field

Select: New Assignments Start Checked

Click: Save

Why?

This will ensure that any Standards attached to your assignments are automatically graded when you enter the assignment score.
You won't have to check "Auto-Calculate Assignment Standards Scores" box on each assignment.

After you do the above, any new assignments you create directly in PTP, will have this box checked by default:
