At Chapin NJROTC, we value honor, courage, and commitment in all aspects of our lives, both inside and outside of the classroom. Cadets begin their jouney in this program, just as they would in the Navy, as Seaman Recruits. Their character and leadership abilities are what help them rise through the ranks and gain knowledge. Cadets learn discipline, how to be a leader as well as a follower and learn to take charge in both easy and challenging situations. The Chapin NJROTC Program is Cadet led, providing numerous opportunities and resources to ensure each Cadet’s success. Additionally, NJROTC allows for Cadets to foster a sense of pride in themselves and in everything they do. Overall, Chapin NJROTC equips cadets with essential life skills, fostering personal growth and leadership while instilling pride in their accomplishments, preparing them for success in their future endeavors.
