Leadership Positions

NJROTC offers hands-on leadership opportunities, both in the classroom and through extracurricular teams.

Leadership positions are earned through positive effort and commitment, both in and out of the classroom.  Cadets in leadership positions are given mentorship and allowed to find their own leadership style in a Cadet-led/Instructor supervised environment.  Cadet leaders are applauded for their successes and mentored through their failures, allowing for leadership experiences that will allow them to be able to successfully handle life's challenges after high school.

Leadership positions are available in each class, each extracurricular team, and also within the Cadet Staff.
