Request to See the Counselor

Students may use the form below to request a meeting with the school counselor. Requests are reviewed during regular school hours. Completing this form does not guarantee an immediate appointment, but I will follow up as soon as possible.

*This form is not for emergencies or urgent safety concerns. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, notify a teacher, administrator, parent, or another trusted adult immediately. Call 911 for an emergency or call or text 988 for crisis support.
