Parents and guardians are asked to be mindful when scheduling medical, dental, counseling, or other appointments during testing windows. Whenever possible, please avoid scheduling appointments on days when your student is expected to test so that the student can arrive on time, remain for the entire testing session, and be present and prepared to complete the assessment.
If an appointment cannot be avoided, please contact the school as early as possible. Testing schedules may limit early dismissal, late arrival, or the ability to begin or complete an assessment that day. Advance communication will help staff determine the best available option for your student.
