  • Silent Reading Time/Individually Conference/ Fill Out Student Survey (15 Minutes)
  • Time to work on Taming of the Shrew Essay (Individually Conference) (30 Minutes)
  • Finish Introducing Restoration Literature (15 Minutes)
  • Introduction to Memoirs (15 Minutes)

Homework:

  • Turn in Final Draft for The Taming of the Shrew Essay by Thursday. You will have about half of the next class to put the finishing touches on your essay or get someone to look over it before you turn it in. Because there was an extension, I will be taking off 5 points for each day it is late.
  • Read Journal of the Plague Year by Monday March 2- There could be a quiz

Note for Thursday:

  • I will not be here on Thursday, but you will be going to the library for a portion of the time to listen to Mrs. Carpenter talk about memoirs and provide you with some choices for you individual memoir study. Please remember to be respectful and attentive. With that in mind, you may choose any memoir inside or outside of the library that you wish. Some solid choices that we may have in the library or you may want to check into getting on your own are:
