Planning Tools and Resources

Every student receiving special education services has a documented Individualized Education Program (IEP). Beginning at age 14, the entire IEP is written to align with the student's postsecondary vision statement. As such, all IEP goals and services are designed to support the student in working towards that vision. For example:
