Anatomy & Physiology provides students with a hands-on, broad examination of the human body. Laboratory exercises and dissections comprise a large portion of the course. This is an ideal course to take if you are interested in the medical field or just interested in learning about the human body.

Level Information
A&P is offered at two levels; honors and theory. Both courses cover a variety of systems, laboratory experiments, and dissections. One of the main differences between theory and honors is that the honors level goes more in depth with system physiology.

After A&P
After being successful in Anatomy & Physiology, there are a variety of other classes offered at LHS and LTC that you could use your A&P knowledge to help you be successful in those courses as well.
