Walter is a senior at The Green Ladle. He has been a major contributor to continuing our Community Serving Community Program. He is also a line cook at Tuner Highlands Golf Course. Walter has been accepted this fall into S.M.C.C and will be pursuing a Career as a Chef.
Bri is a senior from Lewiston who "started in the fall of 2018 as a junior because I always wanted to be in this field." She loves making edible cookie dough for friends.
Bri plans on continuing her education at White Mountain Communicy College in the Banking and Pastry Arts.
Nathan is a Senior from Lewiston who started the Culinary Arts Program in the fall of 2018. He is a team player and a skilled cook. Nathan's favorite food is anything from Boba Restaurant.
Nathan plans on following in his fathers footsteps to become a preacher.
Dyanna plans on joining The Green Ladle team this fall as a Junior. She feels "it will be a good experience and its always needed to know how to cook and provide for yourself."
She loves to eat greek food, and would love to work in a French Cuisine restaurant.
Dyanna plans on either entering the Military or become an Interior Designer.
Kristen plans on joining The Green Ladle team this fall as a junior, but wanted to start volunteering to help the community. She loves cooking in general and Pizza is her favorite food! If she had a choice, she would choose to work in a fancy restaurant.
Renee is a senior from Lewiston who had wanted to be in this program since she was 10 years old.
Her favorite culinary method is to Sauteé and loves to cook pancetta seared brussell sprouts.
Renee will be continuing her education in Culinary Arts at White Mountain Community College with a minor in business management.
Danielle plans on joining The Green Ladle team this fall as a junior, but wanted to start volunteering to help the community.

Anthony loves Culinary Arts because he loves to create. His favorite dish to cook is Scamp with Linguini..."its easy to prepare and tastes delicious!" Pad Thai is his favorite food because each one is different. He feels its important to educate the younger generation to keep food service alive in our new world.

Brittany is from Poland and is a former student of LRTC. She started volunteering in March because Chef Dan Caron needed help.
Her favorite method of culinary art is savory, and she loves to cook chicken Curry. "It always surprises people that it's not spicy."
Brittany's favorite food to eat is her moms turkey pie.
