Disney Villainous is a very interesting game in the sense that you play, as the title suggests, as a villain. Each player is given a realm (a personal board), featuring four locations (sections). Most locations feature four actions (with some exceptions) that the player can use when they move there. On your turn, you move to any unlocked location, perform all uncovered actions at your location in any order, and draw back up to a hand of four cards. You accrue power and spend it to play cards. These cards allow you to vanquish heroes and contribute to your objective. No villain has the same objective. While you try to either gain power, take control, defeat your enemies, etc., your opponents will play fate cards on you, which are heroes that hinder your progress. In a unique race to complete your villain's objective first, you will have a blast as you mess with your opponents and take over. There is a special, hand-crafted piece for each villain and the illustrations are very detailed, making the game visually appealing. Disney Villainous is an experience unlike any other and is a fresh take on a board game. Anyone who is looking for something new should definitely give it a try.
Widely regarded as the best in the Mario and Luigi series, this turn-based rpg (role-playing game) is a fantastic creation. The game begins with an announcement that the kingdom has been infected by a disease called the blorbs, which swells the toads to a size at which they are useless. Fawful, the antagonist, tricks Bowser into consuming a mushroom that makes him inhale everything around him. Bowser goes to Peach's castle and inhales everyone there. Mario, Luigi, and a helpful star sprite named Starlow must find Peach, figure out how to escape from Bowser's body, and cure the blorbs. Bowser must save the Mushroom Kingdom and stop Fawful (he is helped by Mario, Luigi, and Starlow, but he is unaware of this). From its amazing plot full of twists and humor to its beautiful soundtrack and appealing graphics, this game is an absolute masterpiece. Mario and Luigi Bowser's Inside Story evokes great emotion from me whenever I play it. This is a game that I cannot recommend enough. P.S. There is a remake if you prefer a game with newer graphics and polished music. There is also an additional game mode in the remake, Bowser Jr.'s Journey.
In this social deduction experience, ten people are on a spaceship. Two of them are assigned the role of impostor (yes it is impostor, not imposter). The goal of impostors is to kill off the crew without being caught. The other eight are crewmates. Crewmates have to deduce who the impostors are and eject them (via a majority of players voting them off of the ship). During gameplay, crewmates do menial tasks, while impostors sabotage the ship and kill crewmates. When a dead body is reported or an emergency meeting is called, all remaining players discuss what they have seen and done. Among Us is a game of trust and betrayal in which you will need to learn how to tell friend from foe, or manipulate and trick people into trusting you. While the game may sound brutal, it is very cartoon-like in design and people of all ages can play it. Once you get the hang of it, this game can become very addictive. Among Us is incredibly fun and I would absolutely recommend it.
Miles Morales is a game based on the first PS4 Spider-Man game. New story, new powers, and tons of suits. This game is by far the best one I've played and I love it. I can guarantee that you will love this game. I would recommend this game to anyone.
The game is so fun and easy to play/understand. You never run out of things to do in your own little island, you can go fishing, diving, bug catching and even do simple activities like making your own garden. It’s also very easy to earn money in the game so you won’t ever be bankrupt. You also have the ability to grow your community of villagers by inviting them to live on your island. Talking to the villagers and being friends with them is definitely one of the best parts of the game. There’s also a museum that you help complete by finding fossils, catching bugs, sea creatures and fishes. Overall this game is super easy to get into and definitely a fun game you won’t get bored of anytime soon!
Clash of Clans is a fantasy based game. You start off by having a base where you build defenses and you upgrade things. You can train troops and attack other bases and gain loot. You gain and lose trophies as you win or lose your attacks on other bases. You can also join clans where people can donate you troops and also you can do clan wars. Overall this game is very fun.
The game Red Dead Redemption 2 is by far my favorite video game. The story is absolutely amazing, and it’s online mode is really fun. It’s a game about a gang of outlaws called the Van de Linde gang, led by Dutch van der Linde, and Hosea Matthews. It’s story is really fun and sad, and the action in the game is amazing. I would rate this game 4-5 stars due to its lack of content updates, but overall is my favorite game.
Dutch Blitz is a fun card game to play with your family. The game requires you to use your brain and reflexes. The game requires 2-4 players however, you can buy an extension pack for more players. Each player gets their own set of cards with colored numbers on it. You stack the cards going up by number from 1-10. The first to get rid of the hand of cards wins whoever has cards in their hands gets points deducted from their final points. You need to get to 75 points in order to win. It can get competitive but it's a great way to challenge your skills.
Minecraft is simple game where you can pretty much do what ever you want. There are two modes, survival and creative and many different mods and servers to join. There are also many achievments like getting to the nether, or even beating the nether dragon. Personally i like survival better than creative because it is more challenging. Creative is more if you were looking for something to build without having to gather all of the materials instead you can just add them to your inventory. Overall it is a great game and i enjoy it very much.
This game would be interesting for people who like challenges. A picture in words is given to you. You have to determine what the phrase, item, event, and other things the picture is depicting. It starts out easy, but as the levels go on they require you to get your creative juices flowing. The game is even better when you play with others. You can pull them into the fun of figuring out the puzzles!
Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is easily one of the greatest games of the past few decades and every aspect is virtually flawless to me. Everything from the intuitive combat, to the exploration of Hyrule, to the relationships that develop between Link and the other characters is phenomenal. The story is fairly long, taking me around 60 hours to complete and I truly have no complaints. Each dungeon was so vast and entirely different, offering a fresh mechanic for each one, and the landscapes across Hyrule create a breath of fresh air as you traverse to each one. Even after completing the main story, there are tons of extra side quests to complete, ranging from fetching an item, to completing a maze with loads of tough enemies. Even the progression of strength is perfect as it is fairly difficult to upgrade your character as you need to go out of your way to do so, but it is entirely worth it as completing the quests and collecting materials is just so fun! This is one of the best games I have ever played and everyone should give it a try!
The game of Pictionary is so much fun when you play with a lot of people. It’s so funny to see how people can try and draw things and then it’s even funnier to see other try and guess what the picture is. The game doesn’t have a lot of rules and can be played with our without the actual Pictionary set. It’s a great way to spend time and have fun with friends and family.
Ever since I was a kid, "The Sims" games have been a huge part of my life. In the game, you get to create and customize people and then play as them. They get jobs, go to school and do all basic life things. Of course, there are some things that can only be done with the purchase of expansion packs from their store, but they are worth the money because they make the game so much better. The Sims game I played the most was "The Sims 3" and it was always so fun to create different types of "people" to play as! IF you enjoy simulation games, "The Sims" is definitely a great game to invest in.
Rocket League is an excellent game, suitable for all ages. The game is soccer based, but instead of humans, its cars. This makes the game very unique and different. Rocket League is also available in all platforms, from PC to Nintendo Switch. And best of all, its free. The game allows you to play online with your friends, or even play alone. There is even an hockey and basketball game mode. However, at first, learning the game and mechanics can prove to be difficult. Nonetheless, once you understand, it is extremely fun.
If you have played and loved the previous Smash Bros games, you will love this one even more. This game has more than 70 characters to play with and is extremely fun. You can buy a Nintendo Switch just for this game, and not be disappointed. Smash Ultimate has many different game modes for a player to play. If trying to practice, a player might play against the computer. Their is even a story mode which takes you through many levels, every minute being engaging. The single best thing however, is being able to play with friends. This game is amazing on long car rides, and for hanging out with friends as up to 8 players can play. There is also an option to play online which is good too. However, I would have liked if there were more options of game modes to play online. Overall, this game is one of my favorite games of all time and I would recommend it to anyone. It can turn a boring party to an extremely fun time.
In this game you play as Mario. Bowser is at it again except he is ten times larger than he normally is and covered in black goo. You team up with Bowser Jr. who had tried to stop his dad but he is too big and bad. As you go on your journey you collect different types of powerups. There are Cat bells(they turn you into cat Mario and you can climb up walls and do all sorts of different actions), Fire Flowers(they give you the ability to throw fireballs), boomerang flowers(give you the ability to throw a boomerang), tanuki leaves( giving you the ability to float in the air for a certain amount of time), lucky bells( which if you have the power up activated and do a ground pound you will get coins), mushrooms(they make you to your normal size if you take damage as normal Mario), and stars(make you invincible for a certain amount of time.
Minecraft is a multiplayer and single player game that you can enjoy. Anyone is able to play Minecraft because it is for everyone of all ages! Minecraft is available on Xbox, Playstation, Pc or Mac, Nintendo Switch, and even on your phone! Minecraft has a whole fan base and is one of the most viewed and most played game in the world! The objective of Minecraft is to beat the ender dragon but there are so many other things you can do besides beating the various bosses the game offers! You can make a server for you and your friends to play on and have a great time. Some things you can do in these servers is build houses, mine for different resources such as iron and diamonds. Minecraft is the type of game where you would just have an all around great time with your friends to do whatever you want! Do YOU think you would be interested in Minecraft?
NBA 2K is a very good game. It teaches me some skills in real life. I can play it with my friends and have fun. NBA 2K is a game you could play on a rainy game if you cannot hang out with your friends. It is a simulation of basketball in real life and it really looks realistic. NBA 2K is a great game.
In Minecraft you can be as creative as you want. There are different places to explore. There are different creatures around the world. There are bosses you can beat. There are different structures and monuments to discover around the Minecraft world.
Rocket league is fun because you go up against other players is a fast paced game while trying to score on the other team. It's multiplayer so you can play with friends. You can play different game modes that involve different types of gameplay. You can enter tournaments and earn prizes. There are different cars and designs you can use.
I like this game because the graphics look realistic. There is also a lot of action in this game and it can get intense. There are powerful and challenging enemies you have to face. There are fun objectives you have to complete. You can play with friends to have even more fun.
Chess.com is a browser online game to play chess. You could verse real players or computers. If you don't know how to play they have lessons and tricks that they will teach you. There are many different modes and it is really fun. Also you can chat with people or even voice call in the middle of a chess game.
TENZI is a quick dice game that can be played with 2 to any amount of people, if you have enough dice. With the tradition rules, each player gets 10 dice. Then, after a count down, everyone rolls all their dice. You keep rolling the dice until you get all of the same number (you leave the ones with the goal number down as they occur and keep rolling the others). The first person to get all 10 to the same number shouts “Tenzi!” and they win the round. It is a super quick game, but it is the type you play over and over again; is quite addicting. There are also endless variations. For example, you can all go for the same number decided on before the round, go for individual numbers you decide during the round, or go for one of each number. One of the given variations by the game has you stack the ten dice as you the roll the chosen number, and if the dice fall, you start over. You can also time yourself, as they give levels depending on your timing that you can try to achieve. It is a super fun game.
Hues and Clues is a new and fun board game. It says that it is for 3-10 players, but if you get creative with how it works, you can also play with 2 players. The main premise of the game is that you describe a certain color out of the 480 on the board. You are supposed to give one or two word clues, and you get points based on how close the guesses are to the actual color. However, you can also make up your own rules and use fun descriptions instead of 1-2 word clues, which, with some fun people, can make for some hilarious games.
This game gained a lot of traction because of it's fun and interesting gameplay that is consistently updated and added to. You are a ghost hunter, one among 4 maximum, assigned to a house haunted by a certain type of spirit. Your task is to use the various ghost hunting tools to determine what kind of ghost it is, as well as get out alive. The atmospheres are very haunting and the gameplay is even better with friends. It is even more fun played at night!
Age of Calamity is a beat 'em up game using the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild characters, locations, and story. The game, just like the source material. has great graphics, simply looking at the surroundings over run by baddies is a delight. Just like any other beat 'em up it has tons of characters all with their own moves and combos. I loved all of the animations of the moves they look so nice and fluid. When I heard the game had tons of characters and combos I was worried it would be hard to play but the controls were surprisingly simple. The best part of the game is the story in my opinion. I've been told varying answers to whether the game was canon or not, but regardless of that the game still had a very intriguing and captivating story. I'd 100% recommend this game to pretty much anyone who wants either a chill time beating up some enemies or just want more BOTW content.
Splatoon 2 is a third person shooter where you play as "Inklings" (childlike beings who have the ability to turn into squids) and participate in a "Turf War" of two teams with four members each. The main goal of the Turf War is to have the most ink on the field which is achieved through shooting the ground with your ink weapons. There are also other game modes which rotate day to day which range from a payload type modes to a capture the objective type modes. These online modes are extremely quick paced and get the adrenaline pumping. I had loads of fun win or lose thanks to the very nature of how the game is played - especially on the payload game mode "Tower Control" that one was by far my favorite. If you wish to not play online or simply cant due to not having Nintendo Switch Online there is also a campaign mode with a great story that I enjoyed very much.
Bloons Tower Defense is the perfect game to get lost in. If you like to attain mastery in games that are not as intense as other games this game will be perfect for you. Otherwise, for the less obsessive people, this game will also satisfy you. It has perfect balance of wanting to gain mastery and wanting to take a break from your everyday problems. On top of the fun it is also cheaper than most games on the market right now.
Pokémon Sword is the latest edition in the Pokémon game series. With its twin brother Pokémon shield, the story is immersive with action packed gameplay. With the countless amount of battles and travel around the Galar region the excitement never stops. Even when the main story ends and the fun seems to be over, there is still countless amount of Pokémon to collect. The ability to take this Pokémon game on the go with the Nintendo switch makes the experience much more immersive.
League of legends is a multiplayer game made in 2009 by Riot Games. It is a battle arena type of game. The numerous amount of different characters allows for a diverse gameplay in every hour you spend. The large skill gap allows for players to never lose interest because there is always a strive to get better. Once you reach the top tier of players there is still a opportunity to have fun as the game continues to come out with new stuff.
In Breath of the Wild, the player always has something left to do! There are tons of collectibles to find and quests to complete as you traverse the massive open world within the game. You have the freedom to rush towards beating the game or to take your time, a part of the game that made me like it even more. Practically nothing within the game is actually required, only optional—meaning the player can approach it however they desire. I opted to take the long route, collecting as much as I could before ending it off. This kind of flexibility in Breath of the Wild is perfect for new players and veterans alike.
Portal 2 is easily the best puzzle game I have played to date. You use portals to navigate through each level, with each level being progressively harder than the previous one and new elements being introduced throughout the game. The single-player story mode is fantastic, the multi-player story is even better, and there are endless user-made levels to explore after you have already played through the main game. It is better if you play the first Portal game prior to Portal 2, but it works as a standalone game just as well. Despite it being nearly a decade old, this game is absolutely incredible, and I would recommend it to just about anyone!
Anyone who enjoys Minecraft would love Terraria too! It is an action-adventure sandbox game where you can work towards better armor and weapons to make your way through the game. There is a pretty big focus placed upon fighting the bosses within the game, so it can be challenging at times. However, I feel that Terraria does a very good job at helping players progress by eliminating any confusion as to what they should be doing. On top of this, Terraria is extremely replay able. If you do end up getting the game, make sure to check out the variety of mods that you can download for it. They make it even more worth it!
Do you like trains or have wished to one day conduct your own? Well then Ticket To Ride is just the game for you. Full of strategy, players compete to gain rail cards to build their routes across the United States. Your routes are determined at the beginning of the game and are what score you the most amount of points once you compete them. Don't worry, however, if your stuck or find yourself wanting to complete other routes, you can, as your turn, gain more route cards to complete. But, watch out as other players could block your routes along the way. Ticket to Ride requires players to constantly be on their feet as they try to make their way cross country, while watching what other conductors might have planned.
“Roblox” is a fun game I like to play with my friends! There are so many amazing servers that suit practically every interest a person has. You get to talk to new people in a completely safe manner, and play fun games together. Anyone can play it, as it is free! Some of my favorite games are “Eviction Notice” and one where you have to survive a natural disaster.
Tony Hawk Pro Skater is back and better than ever. It kept the features of the original games, but revamped it by giving it a more modern day look with the graphics. Other than the new graphics the remastered version stayed true to the original games, creating a sense of nostalgia for those who played the originals. The game caters to everyone as it includes an online multiplayer option (for the more competitive people) or the free skating (for those who are just beginning or just want to have some fun). Overall the game is very entertaining and I highly recommend it if your looking for a nostalgic game.
This game is great to play with your family and it really makes your brain work. It’s great to test yourself and see what words you can make up out of a few letters. I love to play it with my parents and challenge myself and them. It is a great way to spend time with your family.
I love this game so much! This game is very time consuming but very fun if your playing with the right people. I love to play it with my family. You can play this game with a lot of people, the more people the better and it is great for spending time.
This is a great multiplayer game. For starters, it's free, so that immediately appeals to me (as it probably does to everyone cause no one likes to pay for games). the game revolves around 10 players being stuck and forced to do tasks on a spaceship. It just so turns out that "among" you are impostors that you have to boot from the ship so no one gets hurt. It's a great game that's definitely fun and exhilarating from the second you play to the second you stop. It's really fun to play with your friends and then hop on a call to discuss whose the impostor among you. I would totally recommend it!
Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc is a visual novel adventure game where a group of high school students attend Hopes Peak Academy, the number one school in the nation where they're guaranteed success after graduating. After arriving however, a dark turn takes place as the students become trapped n the school and are forked to kill each other in order to leave. Each character is extremely unique and the interactions between them are a joy to watch and are the core part of the experience. Learning about the background and abilities of your favorite character is easily the most interesting aspect. In addition, the complex plot with the countless twists during each trial, the main gameplay event after a character's death, are extremely fun to uncover. Overall, this game is a masterpiece and one of the best experiences I've ever had playing any game!
Fall Guys is a brand new platformer battle royale game: one of the first of its kind. This game is incredibly fun as it is a breath of fresh air from the constant rehashing of other types of battle royale games. The unique aesthetic and bright colors make this game a joy to stare at. In addition, the simple yet enjoyable gameplay of hopping through hoops and jumping off of ramps is a blast, especially with a group of friends. The main reason this game isn't perfect is from certain maps and game modes that are not nearly as good as their counter parts. The game modes where you have to steal the opposing teams tail and the memorization game are a bit slow paced to other maps and are overall not the most fun to play. Despite these maps and modes, the overall mechanics and the plethora of other modes are a great time to relax and destress.
Brawlhalla is online multiplayer game where you choose your character or champion to play with and they come with special moves or abilities in a way they also have weapons they use to activate these special moves/abilities for example some characters have a sickle and spear, they also do collabs with other characters from shows like adventure time or the walking dead, but these characters you need to buy, overall though you can play ranked and experimental.
Poly Bridge is a very relaxed, physics-based bridge building game. You go through a series of puzzles where you have to build bridges and move different types of cars across gaps. As you go through the game, the levels get progressively harder and you unlock more tools (like hydraulics and new material types) to help you complete the objectives. As an added challenge, you can try to keep the budget for the bridge under the amount given to you by the game while still keeping it stable. I found the soundtrack to be very chill and I think that the game is great for anyone who is interested in puzzle games of this kind.
Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove is a 2D single player platform game that is worth every dollar you spend on it! It has multiple story-lines to play through based on different characters within the game and is sure to be worth your while. The 8-bit graphical style would make you think that the game is simple and small, but the reality is that this could not be further from the truth. There is a multitude of different modes to occupy your time, all accompanied by one of the best soundtracks in any game I have played to date. Be weary, though: the game is not all that easy!
Rocket league is game where you as a player try hitting a soccer ball with super powered cars, and this game consist of teamwork with people an online game where you can play solos, duos, trios, finally quads, also you can get ranked depending on your skills.
Rocket League is a simple game where two teams drive cars around a soccer field trying to score on each other, yet it is much more than that. The skill ceiling is massive and you can improve on a multitude of areas from practicing in the numerous training modes, but at the same time, the game is still easy to just pick up and play on a casual basis. The addictive gameplay to the many game modes always manages to make the game an enjoyable experience that rarely if ever becomes boring. The only drawbacks of this title, however, is the slightly toxic community. Since there is a text chat while you play, players can basically say anything they want and be as annoying as they desire with little consequence (except if they use foul language which can cause them to be banned). Despite this, Rocket League is a fantastic gaming experience that just about anyone can get into.
This game is a great twist on the original Uno game except it is much more fun and intriguing. It is a little more complicated than regular Uno but once you get the hang of it, it’s awesome. The game does take a little bit longer per round but it is really interesting. This is my new favorite game and i recommend it to everyone because it is so much fun and me and my friends have so many laughs while playing.
This is a great game, although not for everyone. If you're into competitive fast paced game play then this game isn't for you. Animal Crossing New Horizons [ACNH] is a game in which you create your own island with shops, vegetation, and villagers which follows real world time as you play from the seasons all the way down to the minute. ACNH is a great outlet to just relax, do whatever you want, and be creative as you want. Whether you wish to collect all the critters in the game, build your dream island, or simply sit down and watch shooting stars or listen to KK Slider sing, this game has everything that a casual gamer would need for the perfect experience with no real pathing restricting you from doing what you wish. If you borrow the game, think of it as a trial of whether you'd like to purchase this game for yourself because its meant to be played year long at small intervals of time per day or week, but don't worry about your data because it will be kept in your Nintendo account so regardless of the cartridge used your progress will still be there.
This game is 100% one of the best games to come out in 2020! It includes 3 of the old 3d Mario games that came out on the N64, GameCube, and Wii. Of course if you've played the old games it going to be relatively the same experience (other than some of the patched out glitches and speed tech); however, its nice to replay the games. More likely than not its been a while since you last played, and it's nice to get the nostalgic feeling of playing a familiar old game. Although, if you haven't played these Mario classics, then this game is still one that you should definitely borrow seeing as they are some of the best Nintendo games all in one cartridge - and the fact that its not purchasable after March of 2021. Other than being a compilation of Mario ports, however, there is not much else to it.
This game is a puzzle game. That means it challenges your brain and makes you think. Problem solving is important and can even make you smarter in many different ways. It can be very creepy but it is entertaining. I love this game and cant wait for this company to make more like it or a second one.
Among Us is a multiplayer game. It consists of a crew of 10 members in a spacecraft. There are some imposters who try and kill you. You need to do missions and try to find who are the imposters. You need to vote out the imposters in order to win the game. This game is very fun playing with your friends.
Fall Guys is a multiplayer party game with up to 60 players. Players have jelly bean like characters to play in. Players need to get through different rounds and qualify to get to other rounds. If players are too slow then you will be disqualified and removed from the game. The last standing person will be the winner.
Minecraft is a sandbox game where people can create their own worlds. People can build things and survive off the lands. The worlds are infinite and there are different dimensions you can explore. You can also play on multiplayer servers where people gather together and play. There can also be also very fun minigames on servers too.
The game sequence is a fun game for most ages. The game consists of a large mat, cards, and tokens. These are used as players on opposite ends of the table are partners but they cannot communicate. The object of the game is to put down cards to form sequences of five with your partner without communicating before the other team does. I like this game because there is a lot of tension and teamwork between family members.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I just finished this game and every tear I shed in anger and disappointment was so worth. If you've ever played any of the other GOW games you'll know what I mean. This game is ridiculously immersive, and the cinematics are awesome. The character dialogue is phenomenal. The designs are beautiful and the story is so captivating. This game, unlike its predecessors, takes place in the North, like Vikings North, so the mythology for this game is Norse. That makes sense considering the main character of the game, Kratos, wiped out the entire Greek Pantheon. So if you like mythology then go play this game. I can't really stress this enough. Go play God of War!
