As a Toddler Teacher, you will:
Care for children ages 12–23 months
Support feeding, diapering, and daily routines
Provide nurturing, responsive care throughout the day
Implement individualized, age-appropriate lesson plans
Actively supervise to ensure safety at all times
Encourage physical, language, and emotional development
Work alongside a co-teacher in a collaborative classroom environment
This role is incredibly rewarding — but it is also fast-paced and emotionally demanding. A genuine love for little ones and strong patience are absolute musts.
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
Able to pass a fingerprint and background check through Utah Childcare Licensing
Obtain a valid Food Handler’s Permit
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Available Monday–Friday
Physically able to stand, walk, and actively engage throughout the shift
Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Willing to obtain a CDA credential within the first year (we provide support and training)
Monday–Friday schedule
No nights or weekends
