At Let Them Be Kids! and The Hangout, our School Age program serves children ages 6–12 before school, after school, during holidays, and throughout the summer.
We provide a fun, structured, and safe environment where children build friendships, confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills.

As a School Age Teacher, you will:
Safely transport children to and from school in a 15-passenger van (training provided)
Plan and lead engaging daily activities, games, and enrichment opportunities
Actively supervise children to ensure safety and positive behavior
Encourage teamwork, leadership, responsibility, and kindness
Stay active and engaged with children throughout the shift
Clean and sanitize the classroom each evening before closing
This role requires energy, confidence, and strong leadership — you’ll be both a mentor and a role model.
Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for driving)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van (training provided)
Able to pass a Child Care Licensing background check
CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Available Monday–Friday
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable being active and on your feet most of the shift
Monday–Friday schedule
No nights or weekends
