What You’ll Be Doing
What You’ll Be Doing
You will work alongside a co-teacher in a 3–5 classroom and be responsible for:
Following daily lesson plans and structured activities
Supporting social, emotional, and academic development
Creating nurturing, engaging classroom experiences
Actively supervising and ensuring safety
Communicating professionally with parents and team members
Maintaining a clean, organized learning environment
Working with preschoolers is incredibly rewarding — and requires patience, consistency, and heart.
Requirements
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to pass fingerprint/background check
Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain)
CPR & First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
Willing to complete CDA within one year (we support this process)
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift

Qualified candidates are invited to attend a working interview (approximately one hour) to experience our classroom environment and meet the team.
Working interviews are typically held:
8:00–11:00 AM or 3:00 PM
(We are happy to coordinate a time that works for you.)
