Communication

Communication is so important as an educator. There are so many ways to communicate with parents. I use a folder communication log, remind and newsletters to keep my parents in the know of what is going on with their child. The newsletters are just a great way to let them know what is going on in class at the school. Here are two monthly newsletters that I have now created using Canva. I am sending them home once a month with my students to share the things we are focusing on for that month as well as important event dates for the month. I have enjoyed creating and designing my own newsletter making it my own. Such a great tool for teachers to use in their classroom. I have attached two newsletters for you to see how they are completely different and yet have the same information for the most part. Parents have shared that they love to get these every month and keep them on their refrigerators so that they can refer back to all the things and it makes it easier for them to remember what their student is learning and what events are coming up.
