At Cheam Park Farm, we use a team point reward system to recognise the positive behaviour and achievements of our pupils. The children love earning team points and are always very excited to add their tokens to the overall total. Each term, the team points are counted up and the team with the most points is awarded a Mufti day at the end of term.
