While not exploring the interworkings of the auditory system, Dr. Burger is a dive master and volunteers to teach people how to scuba dive.
All work and no play, makes Dr. Burger head for the trails. This was taken in Moab, Utah in 2018.
In her spare time, LaShaka is the mom to potential future scientist, Lola.
Sonia, not only studies the auditory system, but tests the vocal system as well in the band, "That's What She Said".
