I was born and raised in Transylvania, Romania. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages (English and French), from ‘Lucian Blaga’ University in Sibiu, Romania and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina in Pembroke.

I have lived in North Carolina since 2006. I was a K-12 ESL teacher for 15 years before coming to Lee County. This is my 3rd year as an EL counselor. I love to travel to different parts of the world and enjoy getting to know a variety of cultures.
