The FBLA-PBL mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. Co-curricular activities include career exploration, civic service, economic education and technical skill advancement. FBLA-PBL also works to encourage and support entrepreneurship.
Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda is a national nonprofit 501(c)(3) education association with over 225 million students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. The association is based in Reston, Va., and has four divisions:
Missouri FBLA-PBL has 16,590 members in over 500 chapters across the state, making Missouri FBLA-PBL the second largest chapter in the nation. Missouri FBLA-PBL members are active at district, state and national levels. The organization is hosted by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Jefferson City, Mo.
It was such a pleasure to get to know so many students at our Ice Cream Social. We can not wait to see all the great accomplishments these students make in FBLA.

The officers talked about What is FBLA, Business Achievement Awards, Community Service Awards, What LTCC FBLA has planned for the year and Professional Membership. LTCC FBLA is so very thankful to have our Local Chamber of Commerce, Daryl Pollock and Dakota, as a very strong Business Partner for our Student Organization.
FBLA students volunteered at the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce Business Expo & Fun Day. Students gave a total of 152 hours of service to our community on Friday and Saturday.
