As part of this project, high school students from The Learning Choice Academy work together, and in

collaboration with industry professionals, to build a modular tiny home. The

students undertake all aspects of this project, including design,

development, and construction. Following the building of the tiny home,

students go through the process of selling it, which gives them additional

skills in marketing and sales. The sale profit is used to support the following

year's class in the same project.
