This Playbook is written for school and district leaders and innovative educators who want to reimagine what school looks like in service of a vision for learning that empowers every learner to know who they are, thrive in community, and engage in the world as their best selves. The Learner-Centered Collaborative team is honored to work with hundreds of such educators and their communities each year to redesign their school structures, and it is a core part of our nonprofit mission to share what we’ve learned from that work with the entire education field.
