The success of the annual Rodeo relies heavily on community expertise and support. We are looking for industry professionals and community members who want to give back.
We need committed volunteers for the following high-impact roles:
Track Supervisors: Roles critical to safety and scoring, including timing and flagging.
Technical & Fabrication Judges: Volunteers with trades or engineering backgrounds needed for scoring aesthetics, weld quality, and programming precision for the Maximum Torque and Autonomous Challenges.
General Logistics: Pit safety, traffic control, and guiding visiting teams.
If you have a passion for trades and mentorship, please fill out our Volunteer Registration Form. Note: that all volunteers must pass a standard school-required background check before working directly with students.
