Today we have the pleasure of hosting Mr. Darren Mayes, Retired NYPD Officer and BeeKeeper for the NYPD. Mr. Mayes will be talking to us about the importance of the honeybees and how to “bee” a beekeeper.

Ski Trip Information!
When is it: Trip (1) is for Sixth graders on Tuesday, February 6th
There is a second trip for Sixth and Seventh graders on Thursday, February 29th.
Both trips have a snow date, so you would need to be available on both dates.

Can I go if I have never skied or snowboarded before? No, at this time, the mountain does not offer lessons.
What is the time? After school until 9:00pm. **The first date is on a half day, so students need to get back to school. You will take a charter bus to and from the mountain.

Do Now - Did you spot the mistake in the video that was assigned for homework? Graphing Figures in the Coordinate Plane . The mistake was question number 6 on page 40. Point (-1,3) was graphed incorrectly. When graphed correctly it makes the shape of an isosceles triangle.
