Hi, my name is Karen and I am currently a grade 5/4 teacher at Our Lady of the Evergreens School. And you know what? I love my job!
I get to work with a group of young people who push me to try new things and inspire me to find the most effective ways to teach. I get to find ways to help kids love math, build businesses, code Spheros and create brilliant art among other things. Recently, we have had some plants take over our classroom too. Oh, and sometimes I even get to build along side my students in Minecraft for math and social class!
Can you see why I love going to work in the morning?

I also get to be inspired by the amazing things that other teachers are doing. For more examples of how I have used Minecraft Education in the classroom, check out this site: OLE Master Builders
