In order to do this course you completed a prerequisite course called Food Basic 1010. In the prerequisite course you were introduced to food safety and sanitation--and to developing skills in planning and preparing basic food recipes--in accordance with Canada's Food Guide. Also, you developed efficient work habits and completed various culinary skills with the appropriate equipment.
But that may have been a long time ago!
It is necessary to review important information from the prerequisite course, so that you will continue to be safe and prepare safe foods using the correct equipment and procedures.
