Course Outcomes and Assessment

In Food Presentation, you must complete all assessments provided. In order to earn credit for this course, you must earn 50% or greater on each assessment. You will submit your assignment to the dropbox found in Brightspace course Food Presentation 3060. Your Cooking Lab presentation will also be submitted to the appropriate dropboxes and can be submitted as a Google Slides or PowerPoint format.

Food Presentation has no final exam.

Level: Advanced

Prerequisite: FOD1010 Food Basics

Requirement: Access to a personal or commercial food preparation facility

Description: Students develop creativity and flair while learning the techniques of tempting and artistic food presentation
