Continuous Improvement

The goal is for you to continuously improve your level of fitness. Each Fitness Activity will have a different time/score requirement. Some requirements will be easy, some will be difficult, sometimes every student will earn a 4, and sometimes you will determine your own requirements. The time/score requirements start out easy and get more difficult as time goes on. You will need to take responsibility for your fitness level to keep you with the changing requirements.

Fitness Grade

At the end of each month, you will earn a fitness grade based on the total number of Fit Points you have earned when compared to the total number of Fit Points possible for that month. The total number of Fit Points will vary slightly from month to month depending on the number of days we meet in class for that particular month.

Expectations:

¶ Give your best effort every day in class

¶ Have a positive attitude and stay on task as you do your Fitness Activity

¶ Attend a lunchtime make up workout if you are absent or have a note

¶ Take responsibility for your fitness and take part in fitness activities outside of class. Strive to continuously improve!
