Principles of Art/AV

 This class just might be fun.

Principles of Arts, Audio/Video and Communications allows students to explore and understand the various and multifaceted career opportunities in the arts and communication industries. 

Units of Study:

• Elements of Art and Principles of Design

• Employability Skills

• History of Fashion

• Photoshop

• Illustrator

• Adobe Animate

• Video filming and editing

Our class encourages students to be self-directed and responsible for exploring Adobe Illustrator, Premiere, and Animation. Curiosity and creativity is key. I'll teach you how to be  problem-solvers, good communicators, and be able to complete tasks in a timely fashion.  We are going to explore and create and make mistakes and try again. We will draw and film and animate and create in this class.

It'll be cool, trust me.

It might inspire you to take classes in video/art/graphic design/animation. It might inspire you to try things you never tried before.  No matter what, if you give it a try, I will give it my all as a teacher.  I love this stuff.  I hope you will, too.
