ACC Dual Credit - Enrollment & Registration
Students will complete steps 1-9 in order to become an ACC Dual Credit student.
STUDENTS - This is a college application, therefore it is your responsibility to complete the Dual Credit enrollment. There are opportunities for support during this process. Please feel free to email christina.wallace@leanderisd.org if you have questions.
PARENTS - Your student should complete the entire Dual Credit enrollment process. It is important for students to take ownership in the enrollment process so they can learn self-advocacy skills that will help them be successful in their ACC classes. Therefore, please do not complete the application on their behalf.
RHS Course selection/ACC Enrollment/Course registration
These are all separate - You are not in an ACC class until you click "Register" in your My ACC account!
RHS COURSE SELECTION - Work with your counselor to choose next year's courses & indicate you plan to take ACC classes. This is only the beginning!
ACC ENROLLMENT - The process where you become an ACC student. You must complete the enrollment process before you can register for ACC classes each semester.
COURSE REGISTRATION - Click "Register" in your My ACC account; See timeline for registration dates.
TSI for dual credit
Texas Success Initiative (TSI) is the standard students must meet in order to prove college readiness in English & math.
Schedule the TSI Assessment @ RHS
Wednesday, Feb. 28 (3p-5p) & Saturday, Mar. 2 (9a-11a)
Complete the Pre-Assessment Activity (PAA) using these instructions
Sign up for RHS TSI session here
Please note: students taking the TSI at Rouse will only have time to complete one section (English or math) during one test session.
Schedule the TSI Assessment @ ACC
Complete the Pre-Assessment Activity (PAA) using these instructions - bring a copy of your PAA to your testing appointment
Go to ACC's Assessment Marketplace Store to select & purchase your test ticket - bring your receipt to your testing appointment
Contact the San Gabriel Campus testing center to set up your test session; You can choose any ACC campus for testing (San Gabriel is closest to Rouse)
