Post Secondary Student Services

Many of you may want to continue receiving accommodations in the college setting. Although you will not be able to continue using the 504 plan you had here at Rouse High School, the documentation of your plan should help you advocate for a new, appropriate plan. In most cases you will also need detailed documentation of your disability through professional evaluation/testing.

Your first step will be to make an appointment at the office for students with disabilities (often called OSD, ODS, SSD or Disability Services) on your campus. Each OSD can tell you what you need to bring to your appointment and the details of the process.
