CADY Photography will be on campus to photograph our approved student clubs and organizations for this year's Tracks yearbook.
Dates: Nov. 12–13, 2026
Location: Cafeteria Stage
The final club photo schedule will be published here on Monday, Nov. 2, and shared with teachers and students through email and Google Classroom.
Students should arrive at the designated location five minutes before their scheduled photo time so clubs can get organized and lined up.

Sponsors of campus-approved student clubs must reserve a photo time to have their club photographed for the yearbook.
Sign-Up Deadline: Friday, Oct. 30
Sponsors should use the scheduling spreadsheet to select an available time for their club. Clubs that are not scheduled will not have a group photo included in the yearbook.

Do club sponsors need to be in the picture?
We encourage sponsors to join their students for the photo, but participation is optional.
What if our club doesn't sign up?
Only clubs with a scheduled photo time will be photographed for the yearbook. Sponsors should complete the sign-up by the published deadline.
When should students arrive?
Students should arrive at the Cafeteria Stage at least five minutes before their scheduled photo time. Photography will begin promptly, and groups cannot wait for late arrivals.
Should students wear their club shirts?
If your club has a shirt, we encourage members to wear it for their photo.
Will students receive passes?
Individual passes are not typically distributed. Club sponsors should communicate the scheduled photo time to their members and may provide passes if needed. Students should follow their teachers' instructions for leaving class.
What if our club has a scheduling conflict?
We work to minimize conflicts when scheduling photo days, but dates and available spaces are limited. Sponsors should communicate any concerns as early as possible.
