How do I get my yearbook?

Come to room 2102! No need for an ID this year, we will look you up in our system!

Can someone else pick up my yearbook for me?

No. Friends or family members cannot pick up a yearbook for a student unless a parent/guardian has emailed paige.hert@leanderisd.org. This is to ensure that everyone’s property is safely transferred to them. For any other special circumstances, email Paige Hert, and we will do our best to get your book to you!

What if I miss the pick up days on May 16 or 17?

We will continue distribution on Monday, May 20 and Tuesday, May 21 all day. After that, you will need to come to Room 2102 during DEN or lunch.

Can I still buy a yearbook?

We have a small amount of extras the company sent us, but cannot sell them until we make sure we have no damaged books and everyone who preordered gets theirs. If you want to add your name to the waitlist, we will email you when we know how many extras we can sell. It will be first come first served. The waitlist is at www.jostens.com. Once we sell our extra books, we will not be getting any more this year. Please be sure to pre-order next year, so you don’t miss out!

How do I know if I pre-ordered?

Yearbook orders as of May 1st can be found here. or call Jostens order help at 1-877-767-5217.

Before writing in your book…

Put your name in your book

After checking for torn, upside down or missing pages, put your name in it. We are saddened when books disappear, but we cannot replace lost or stolen books. A replacement book costs $80, IF there are any available ones left. Please be careful not to leave your new book laying around.

Why wasn’t that covered?

CPHS has had many things to celebrate! However, our yearbook went to press March 21 so that we could get it back and pass it out to you this May. We did include a special supplement this year that was done later and allowed us to get more spring sports, competitions and events! We look forward to covering our some more spring highlights on the “what you missed” spread in next year’s yearbook, as well!

Why didn't you order extra books?

It's a numbers game. We have to pay for the yearbooks we order, and if we don't sell them all, we have to eat that cost. We advertise and send emails throughout the year and have to place our final order number on March 1st. We ordered 1,050 yearbooks, which is about what we sell each year. At that time, we had over 200 left to sell. Jostens does send us some extras each year, and this year we received 30 extras, which will go to the first 30 people on the waitlist. Please consider ordering early next year to guarantee your copy!

About the mistakes…

Believe us, we’ve already found or heard about them and are so sad about it. Please remember this is a student created publication, made by imperfect humans. A perfect yearbook would be like scoring a 100 on every assignment and every test in every class. We made our best effort to produce a quality, accurate account of the year, but mistakes are unavoidable. At this time, there is nothing we can do. Instead, please focus on all of the amazing things the yearbook has to offer!
