Ms. House

Welcome to Second Grade! 

My name is Ms. House! I am so proud to be a teacher at Akin for my third year. I taught 3rd grade for the past two years, but student taught in 2nd! I graduadted from Texas State University, Go Bobcats! Before that, I was a Kilgore College Rangerette for two years!

In my free time, I like to walk and hike, swim, spend time with friends and family, and binge a TV show! I love teaching reading and writing, and watching my students grow throughout the year! 

This is my last year as Ms. House! I got engaged last December, but will be changing my name and getting married this upcoming June! I can't wait!
