• Alvarez acoustic guitar with soft case

• Playing Strap, tuner, polishing cloth, picks

• Red Progress Folder

• First Year Guitar- Hands On Training, book 1

• Supplemental Pop Melodies, books 1 and 2 (class set)

• Foot stand (recommended) - 2x4 block to prop up your leg; a large soup can/plastic trail mix container works well, too.

• 1 set of acoustic guitar strings: Purchase from Munson Music or online.

  • students will be taught how to change their own strings at the 9 weeks mark of the semester.
