AJHS Counseling Department Mission, Goal, and Vision

The mission of the AJHS Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive counseling program that seeks to ensure the social, physical, and mental well-being of every student. While every students journey and path may be a little different, we believe all students have the potential to succeed.  As we partner with school leaders, parents, and community stakeholders, we all share a common goal to help produce productive citizens.   

Our goal is for the education of all students in the areas of academic, career, and social development based under our governing ASCA model.

Our vision is to grow and educate a community of leaders that will be successful and actively thrive in the world beyond high school in all areas of their life.
