LEA Discussion Representatives
Discussion Representatives ("Discussion Reps") are the union members that represent your building’s membership, bringing important topics to the attention of our administrators! If you have an issue to resolve or a problem to prevent, Discussion (or “Meet-and-Discuss”) is the best place to talk about them and solve them! This document will let you know who represents you and your colleagues in Meet-and-Discuss, both at the building-level and corporation-wide.
LEA Discussion Chairs
The Discussion Chair on each discussion team is the LEA member responsible for (1) sending Google Calendar invites to all the attendees of the meeting, (2) recording notes and responses to the concerns brought up, and (3) sending out the notes to the LEA members in their building after the meeting. The Discussion Chair may designate a secretary (or notetaker) if someone is willing to take on the responsibility.
