LEA Association Representatives
Association Representatives (ARs or "Building Reps") are your front-line union members! If you have an issue to resolve and you're not sure how to go about it, they'll know what to do (or they'll find out what to do) in a timely fashion! There is no strict requirement for the number of Association Representatives in a building, but generally, there should be 1 association representative per 10-15 building members.
LEA members are given the privilege of accessing the list of Association Representatives below.
Keep in mind: some services and resources are only available to LEA union members. You can always ask, as we are here to make our schools better and protect our rights, regardless of membership! However, we may not be able to "go to bat" for you or provide you with member-specific information if you are not a member of the LEA. Good news: you can join anytime!
