Post-Secondary Planning

It's never too early to start planning for your future! Below are several resources you can use throughout your school career to explore careers, colleges, and more. Your junior and senior years, post-secondary planning will really kick into gear so I have also included a College Planning Handbook for you junior year and for your senior year. Paper copies of the College Planning Handbooks are available in the counseling office.

Missouri Department of Higher Education

Missouri Connections - A free website for 7th-12th grade students in Missouri. This website gives students the ability to explore their interests and abilities as they relate to career options AND students can research post-secondary educational institutions, scholarships, and job opportunities all on one website.

FAFSA on the Web - The Free Application for Federal Student Aid is the form used by students and their families to apply for FREE money to pay for college. This is completed in October of the student's senior year.
