Fletcher did it again. In true Fletcher fashion, she took the 2024-2025 LCPS slogan Being the Coffee Bean literally. She ran 45 miles to raise money for the student scholarships, showing that with hard work and determination, people can overcome obstacles. Fletcher ran to Dunkin Donuts in Zion’s Crossroads for a morning coffee. Once she refueled, she headed back towards LCHS, hitting up Bethel Brews in Louisa, and back to LCHS Even without caffeine, Fletcher is still the coffee bean, changing the lives of others.

The Lion Pride Run is an annual run that benefits scholarships for students who have overcome adverse obstacles in their lives. These students embody everything that a runner must exhibit--passion, drive, commitment, hard work, persistence, and dedication--despite any obstacle that they face.
These students are our purpose and our passion!
