Care Team members visit schools and classrooms to lead/model restorative circle practices to build classroom community, empathy, healthy communication, and belonging.
Activate a CARE TEAM for a student and/or family in need of additional support and connection to resources. (Examples: Student/Family in need of support for Chronic Absenteeism, Clothing, Dental Care, Food, Shelter, Difficult Behavior, Mental Health, Family Stressors, Safety/Wellbeing or any other resource.) Educator Referrals, Partner Referrals, and Self Referrals are all welcome.
to Request Depression Awareness and/or PROTECT Training at your School
CARE TEAM Members deliver state required Depression Awareness presentations to school staff, students (6th-12th grades), and families to build knowledge and skills for awareness of depression symptoms and support school suicide prevention plans.
Trained CARE TEAM members deliver the PROTECT human trafficking prevention curriculum to students, staff and families to educate and build skills of awareness. Curricula addresses all mandates set forth to prevent human trafficking through safety plans and accessing trauma-informed resources.
