Specialized School Options
The Lester B. Pearson School Board has formal agreements (“ententes”) with several specialized schools to provide certain services and programs that cannot be offered within LBPSB schools.
If you believe your child may benefit from a specialized school setting:
You should begin the conversation with your school principal, resource team, and/or school social worker. Teachers and school teams can help determine whether a referral is appropriate, explain available options, and guide you through next steps.
LBPSB can support referrals to schools within its ententes when the student’s needs cannot be supported within the board.
