My classroom is a source of great pride and happiness for me and my students. I remember when I was in high school and the condition of the classrooms. The desks would be full of writing and obscenities. The walls and bulletin boards would have ripped posters and were chipped and broken. The environment was not conducive for learning. I decided when I became a teacher, my room would be a place of creativity, cleanliness, organization, and fun. I think I have done that. I think it is a wonderful place for learning- it is never boring! However, I am running out of space! I might have to tear down the wall between my room and Mr. Armstrong's and take over. I don't think he will let me, though!
